In some parts of UP people call it "Phulki" or "Padaka". Madhya Pradesh, it is situated in the center of India use the term "Tikki" for it; and if you travelling to its border states like Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Hyderabad, Telangana then its name is "Gup Chup".
Rajasthani people name it "Paani ke Batashe" or simply "Patashi".

It is time to welcome our 3rd yummy delicious snacks - "Chaat". If you are spicy lover then this dish is just perfect for you. Its main component is aloo tikki (it looks like aloo kabab or veg kabab).
You can also taste Samosa chaat in which samosa will be core element instead of aloo kabab.
